A growing body of scientific evidence suggests a potential link between electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and headaches. Numerous studies have explored the effects of EMFs emitted by electronic devices such as cell phones, Wi-Fi routers, and power lines on human health. One study published in the Cephalalgia journal found that exposure to EMFs increased the frequency and intensity of headaches in sensitive individuals (reference 1). Another study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine highlighted a correlation between EMF exposure and migraines (reference 2). While further research is needed to fully comprehend the mechanisms at play, it is prudent to exercise caution and minimize our exposure to EMFs to protect our well-being.
