BioElectric Shield – Warranty & Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our BioElectric Shields. If there is an issue with the workmanship within the first year, we will repair or replace your Shield at no cost. This covers things like a faulty tab or side seam.
What is not covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse. If your Shield is damaged (e.g., dents, scratches, bite marks, or bent tabs from excessive force), we can repair it for you, but you will be responsible for the repair costs.
Examples of damage not covered
- Dents, scratches, or bite marks
- Damage from being run over or extreme force
- Bent tabs or pieces pulled off through misuse
Receiving Your Shield
Most issues with workmanship will be obvious when you first receive your Shield (though this is rare). If you notice scratches, dark marks (fire scale), or any other defects upon receiving it, please contact us right away for a replacement.
Limitations:
- We are not responsible for any damage caused by accidents, acts of nature, or war.
- The warranty lasts for one year from the purchase date.
- If your Shield is defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost. However, you are responsible for returning the product to us using prepaid shipping.
- Please note: The company does not guarantee that the Shield is fit for any specific purpose.
