Recharge your Shield in our crystal circle. This is the same method we use to charge and activate your Shield when it's new. Your Shield will be fully charged and repolished to look as close to new as possible.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING US YOUR SHIELD - PLEASE READ THIS OVER CAREFULLY - IT INSURES YOU WILL GET YOUR SHIELD BACK!

Please provide this information along with your CONTACT information (name, email, address, phone) INSIDE the box in which you ship your Shield. Without it, we might not know who owns the Shield. HERE IS WHAT WE NEED INSIDE THE BOX:

• YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION: We need to have your contact information so we can get your Shield back to you  (Name, email, address, phone).

• YOUR SHIELD:  Please send your Shield in protective bubble wrap so that it is protected during transport.

 • FINISH (Satin or Polished): Please indicate either a Satin or Polished finish.

• NAME, BILLING ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL

• SHIPPING ADDRESS

How To Ship Your Shield

• Please use a sturdy box with plenty of padding so the shield is not damaged further.  Shipping it back in the original gift box works well.

• PLEASE INSURE YOUR SHIELD FOR THE CURRENT REPLACEMENT VALUE.  If your Shield get's lost in the mail or damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim.  We are not responsible for lost shields.

Be sure to insure for the current Shield price.

How Long Will Your Recharge Take?

It will take 7-10 days to return your Shield. This includes polishing and recharging.
