How to Send Your Shield:

1. Contact Info: Please include your name, email, address, and phone number inside the box. This helps us make sure we know whose Shield we're repairing.
2. Send Only the Shield: Remove any chain or cord. We’re not responsible for returning them, but you can order a replacement on our website if needed.
3. Repair Details: Let us know what part needs fixing and how it was damaged.
4. Finish Preference: Choose between a mirror (polished) or satin (matte) finish.
