What is the Upgrade Program

The Upgrade Program offers returning customers a chance to acquire a more powerful Shield  with a trade-in discount.   Press the Submit a Ticket button below to get started.

*Please Note:  The upgrade program is only valid when upgrading to a higher level of Shield.  For example, from Level 3 to Level 4. 

When to Upgrade – Is Your Shield Still Meeting Your Needs?

Consider upgrading your BioShield if you’ve noticed changes such as:

  • New technologies in your home (5G routers, smart devices, etc).
  • Increased sensitivity to EMF or other people's energy.
  • Recurring physical symptoms that were previously relieved by your shield.
  • Changes in your environment (new responsibilities, more stress, or a move to a larger city).
  • More frequent travel, especially internationally.

A stronger shield may offer better protection as your circumstances evolve, or if you desire the highest protection and peace of mind. Review your current protection level, retake the quiz, or contact us for guidance.

How The Upgrade Process Works

  1. Contact Us: Reach out with your upgrade request, using this Submit a Ticket link: Submit A Ticket.
  2. Receive Approval to Upgrade: We will ask for information about your Shield including the current level and the level you wish to upgrade to.
  3. Order your new discounted Shield: Once the details of your upgrade are reviewed, we will invoice you for the new Shield with the upgrade price.
  4. Receive your new Shield Enjoy enhanced protection, greater than you had before. 
  5. Return your old Shield:  Once your new Shield arrives, you will ship your old Shield back to us.  Please provide us with the tracking # when returning your Shield.  If we do not receive your Shield within 30 days, the upgrade price does not apply.  Please ship it back using insured USPS, UPS, or FedEx using the following address:

Explanation of the Five Levels of Protection

Each BioElectric Shield contains a crystal matrix, amplified by a case made from precious metals. The metal type enhances the shield’s effectiveness.

Level Description
Level 1 Brass, ideal for general use in rooms or cars.
Level 2 Sterling Silver, suitable for low-to-moderate EMF exposure, good for children to wear.
