What is the Upgrade Program
The Upgrade Program lets you start with any level of BioShield protection and upgrade to a higher level at any time, as long as the shield is free from dents or scratches. If there is damage, we may still offer a reduced upgrade discount. For more details, please contact us directly.
When to Upgrade – Is Your Shield Still Meeting Your Needs?
Consider upgrading your BioShield if you’ve noticed changes such as:
- New technologies in your home (5G routers, smart devices, etc).
- Increased sensitivity to EMF or other people's energy.
- Recurring physical symptoms that were previously relieved by your shield.
- Changes in your environment (new responsibilities, more stress, or a move to a larger city).
- More frequent travel, especially internationally.
A stronger shield may offer better protection as your circumstances evolve, or if you desire the highest protection and peace of mind. Review your current protection level, retake the quiz, or contact us for guidance.
How The Upgrade Process Works
- Contact Us: Reach out with your upgrade request for assessment. Submit A Ticket
- Receive Approval to Upgrade: Order your new Shield.

Return Your Current Shield: Send your old Shield, along with your order number and a note requesting an upgrade credit. Insure the package for full replacement value, as we are not responsible for lost items.

Bellingham, WA 98226 - Purchase: Once we assess your current Shield, we will apply a discount to your new one based on its condition. You will receive an invoice via email with the discount applied. If you'd like to continue using your current Shield during the upgrade process, please let us know when submitting your request.
Explanation of the Five Levels of Protection
Each BioElectric Shield contains a crystal matrix, amplified by a case made from precious metals. The metal type enhances the shield’s effectiveness.
