Using the QuitSpot Pouch

If you already have tags or a license on the collar then put the Shield in the pouch and wrap the middle tab through the ring. If there are no tags on the collar then when you put the tags on you wrap the middle tab through the ring and then do the other two Velcro tabs by criss-crossing them from right to left and then left to right.
